Bye-Bye Elementary!

Like every year, we have fifth graders that move up into middle school. Even though it's Tok School and they are staying in the same school, it's a big change for them. Everyone who moves up to middle school has elective and class ideas they want to do. When going around and asking our current fifth graders what classes they want and what they hope for their overall middle school experiences we got good suggestions.

From responses we got, the one thing middle schoolers will miss the most is outdoor recess. A cooking/culinary class was heavily suggested when asked about electives they want to take. Another suggestion was a 3D printing class. Our new middle schoolers seem excited about having multiple different classes throughout the year. Even though most are a little nervous, they are excited to move up in school!
