First assembly of the year!

September 16, 2024, was the first school assembly. Principal Shotwell gave awards to the students of the month, who were Ben Jennings, and Aubrey Flagan. Then Jeffery Alsup, the president of the student council, led the classes to a tug-of-war competition, where the sophomores destroyed every class except against the teachers. After the tug of war, the volleyball team was announced by Coach Kelso. Afterwards, they went up against the teachers in a volleyball game. The volleyball team won… but the teachers cheated, swearing that it ended in a tie! The assembly ended there, and the volleyball team left with a spirit stick.
