Griffin Jacobs and Micaiah Denny are both currently on a field trip to Mr. Hamner's sheep ranch down in Wyoming. In Wyoming, they will learn how to take care of and how to sheer sheep. They will also go to the local schools and talk about Alaskan culture while the students there share their culture from Wyoming. They will also take a trip to Jackson Hole to visit the city.
Last year, Tok School alumni Jazlyn Fix and Kaitlyn Wilson went on this trip. While they were there, they worked very hard on the ranch and had many new experiences, including trying rocky mountain oysters! We can't wait to hear about the adventures Griffin and Micaiah have on their trip!
